TrialGP Netherlands looks back on an unforgettable World Championship weekend in Zelhem

For three days, De Langenberg in Zelhem shone as the epicenter of the international trial world. TrialGP Netherlands can look back on an impressive, lively, and competitive World Championship weekend in which everything came together: thrilling races, world-class riders in top form, a perfectly laid-out course, and thousands of enthusiastic visitors who embraced the sport.
From the very first section, it was clear that the riders would have to give it their all. The NONSTOPS were technical, challenging, and spectacular—exactly what you’d expect at the World Championship level. The world’s best trial athletes showed why they rank among the absolute best: balance, strength, finesse, and daring—all in one fluid motion. The crowd was sometimes literally right on top of the action, experiencing the sport up close in a way you rarely see.
The atmosphere on and around the grounds was also exceptional. Families, motorsports fans, volunteers, officials, and international teams came together to form a warm and engaged TrialGP audience. The grandstands and viewing areas were packed all weekend, reaching an all-time high on Sunday. The Achterhoek region proved itself to be a place that not only welcomes top-level international sports but also proudly supports them.
The organization describes this as an exemplary event, thanks in part to the dedication of dozens of volunteers, course builders, officials, and partners. The World Championship weekend was not only a sporting highlight but also a wonderful opportunity to promote the municipality of Bronckhorst, the ZAMC, and the Dutch trial community.
RTV Ideaal was on site all weekend as a media partner and provided extensive coverage in words and images, allowing people at home to fully enjoy this unique TrialGP as well
TrialGP Netherlands would like to thank all the riders, teams, visitors, volunteers, and partners for three days of world-class racing.
